How to Cook: Presoak 1 cup garbanzo beans in 4 cups water overnight or for 8–10 hours. Drain and Bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Add soaked beans, reduce heat, and let simmer for 35 min. Check softness with a fork, drain, and cool.
